Prevent Limescale is pleased to be able to offer Free delivery  to areas in Mainland UK locations, with the exception of the following “Exceptional Areas”

Highlands and Isle of White Postcodes:
AB37-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, FK19-2, IV1-28, IV30-37, IV40, IV54 & IV63. KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-40, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH50. TD and PO30-41.

Scottish Offshore Islands HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA40-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-2

Northern Island BT1-18

If the postage destination is within any of the above Exceptional Areas please email us at prior to submitting your order so that we can provide accurate delivery charges. Unfortunately failure to contact us regarding charges for these Exceptional Areas may result in an order being postponed or cancelled and we reserve the right to do these actions if an incorrect delivery has been selected during the checkout procedure.
Deliveries outside of Mainland UK locations.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to supply products outside of the UK.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
In order to minimise the risk of fraudulent purchases and transactions it is our policy to only deliver to the registered address of the cardholder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the Products. However, in certain circumstances and at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to accept an alternate delivery address for delivery. We will not deliver to postal address boxes or addresses not recognised by Royal Mail.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. Failure to attend delivery may result in delays, and in worst cases, Products being returned to us.

Delivery dates are only approximate and therefore we can accept no liability whatsoever in respect of late or delayed deliveries.

We recommend that you DO NOT book a Trades Person / Plumber or Installer until ALL goods have been received and checked to your satisfaction.
You should not accept visibly damaged goods or packages. If unsure, sign the delivery document as “unchecked”
All delivered contents must be checked on arrival and any damages MUST be reported to us by email to as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of your order. If possible an image of the damaged or affected part of the item attached to the email would greatly assist us in resolving any issues.

We aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 working hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. In case of a delay with will endeavour to provide you with an approximate delivery schedule.  Please allow 28 days for delivery on all orders placed through this site. (We aim where possible to reach you with your order within 5-7 days).
